I thought it was time to get a photo of these. They are just east of Myrtle on Foothill. I wonder how long it will take them to sell in this slow market?
Good question on how long it will take to sell them. Best guess is that they will move faster than the group of houses built next to the wash at Royal Oaks and Mountain.
I like that they have so many of the craftsman details. Free standing with even a little yard is better than no green around a house at all.
Their selling hurdle is last of parking for guests and getting in and out of their driveway in the morning when Clifton Middle School is in session.
They had an open house here over the weekend. Very nicely down, although every room except the master bedroom is on the small side. Nice big garage and good job with reducing the interior traffic noise from foothill. A much more interesting property also on the market is the Craftsman a couple of doors east of these--3 bedrooms and the only full bath is on the first floor off the kitchen!

I think these are very nice looking, and I like the way they echo the architecture of the old house to the east of them.

These are lovely, I think it is a vast improvement over the old gas station.
