Closer to Reality
I picked up a brochure for Colorado Commons when walking along Myrtle the other day. This is a full color rendering inside and it's the most realistic looking of any I have seen so far. I'm excited to see it closer to being finished!

This is a disaster in the making. 64 units and only 64 parking spaces. Yup...gonna be a bigger pain finding parking when all those 2-3 bedroom units with at least 2 cars each move in. Lets not forget that statistically about a third become rental property's, make it 3-4 college students or recent grads moving in to make ends meet, each with a car...you get the picture. Yikes.
Of course our illustrious mayor actually believes that the ccr's allowing only 1 car each will work and be enforceable.
Things are only going to get worse for us locals that really like to spend our money in local shops first. Why its almost as if they are trying to drive us away by making it so inconvenient.

Here we go again, with an anonymous posting by someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. It's a shame, isn't it, that some folks feel a need to dumb on everything?

I don't know. I'm excited about it. I think it will be a great addition to our town.
