If this is the place by the carwash, it's bangin! Everything a chi-chi mexirant is NOT. Always get a bit of the quick-step when I eat there, but it's worth it. And the best drippin' chips in town. A used, greasy napkin will burn for about an hour. Good stuff.
The one on the corner of Myrtle and Duarte is awesome - their 88cent tacos are the bomb. However, the one on Foothill (is the corner May?), while owned by the same people, is not as good. Something to do with their license, which is primarily to sell burgers?? Doesn't really make sense, but I recommend you go to the original location. Also, the owners also own La Adelita on Colorado. WONDERFUL....If you want good mexican go there. We also like Rigo's, but will NEVER go to Rudy's. Can you tell I like mexican?
I don't know how you got a shot without a single person in frame, because every time we drive by there are people standing around. Even at 2am. I still haven't tried it myself, despite living less than a mile away and it being on my way from home to just about anywhere.
