La Adelita
In addition to Rudy's, this is one of my favorite places for impromptu Mexican dining. The folks that work here are super friendly and I can bring my dog for outside dining! It's not fancy but the food is good. Also, since it is on a sidestreet, it's much quieter than eating on Myrtle.

One of my faves too! I especially like that they have three or four different soups every day. The service is always friendly, though it sometimes seems they have more servers than tables. Well, at least that's better than the other way around.

Oooh. I didn't know about the soup selections! I'm going to have to pay more attention to that next time I stop in!

My favorite local restaurant. Great food, good prices, nice servers. Try anything with shrimp, it's yummy.
