Dr. Q. Dental

I've been looking for a good dentist in Monrovia for awhile now, and just got a flyer in the mail for "Dr. Q Dental." They are offering free teeth whitening and a $49 exam and x-rays. Has anyone used them? I'd be curious to hear about anyone's experiences or recommendations. They are located in Old Town on East Colorado.
